So as you look ahead to 2016, what opportunities are you going to take to grow and develop into the person and leader that God has called you to be? I’d like to offer two or three suggestions.
Brian is offering the introductory class, 501 Foundations for Christian Coaching in three different locations/formats:

- How coaching works to create new awareness and boost positive action.
- How coaching is different from counseling, mentoring and consulting.
- Five powerful coaching models
- The six essential coaching skills, including Active Listening and Powerful Questioning
- Provides 16 hours of training that is approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
- Taught by professional coaches who have earned certification with the ICF and are pioneers in the field of coaching
- Integrates world-class coaching practices with sound biblical principles
- Mixture of instruction, demonstration, skills practice with feedback, and Q & A
- Serves as prerequisite for all other CAM 500-level courses and is required course for the Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching (CCLC)
So as you look forward to the rest of 2016, I want to encourage you to take action and take advantage of some of the great opportunities to grow and develop as a follower of Jesus and as the leader He’s calling you to become. Invite someone else along on the journey with you and make the investment to keep growing as a disciple and as a leader!
